Design Process

Contract Initiation

handshakeEmail your interest in having Creative Ink design your website along with an overview of your requirements. All email queries receive a response within 24 hours, generally much less time.

Deliver Your Project Resources

Once both parties approve the Design Contract, please mail or email all written content, the company logo, and any photos or art for the project. You must then provide a 50% down payment for the project via company check, money order, or Paypal. If you use Paypal, please include the 4.9% service fee.

First Draft Completion Date

Once Creative Ink receives all the resources for the website, Creative Ink will set the date for the First Draft and inform you of the deadline.

First Draft Website

You will receive an email with a PDF document showing the graphical image of your website design on the due date for the First Draft. Please review your draft in detail, since this is the only time you will have to make graphical changes. Email your changes and they will incorporated into the Second Draft. Once both parties agree to the final changes, you will receive a deadline for the test version of your website launch.

Test of Website and Launch

On the date your test website launches you will receive an email. This is your opportunity to examine the site, make minor graphical changes, and edit the written content. Once all changes receive approval, your website will go live. At this point, Creative Ink will end making changes to the site after 3 months, unless there is a Maintenance Contract.

Website Maintenance

Once the website is live for 3 months, the Design Phase of the project is over. Thereafter, Creative Ink will maintain the website on a contract basis, or an hourly basis, whichever is convenient to you.
